JAKE PAUL can knock out Tommy Fury in three rounds due to the Briton’s lack of “experience”, Anthony Taylor has claimed.
The 32-year-old former MMA fighter will face Fury, 22, in Ohio this weekend as part of the undercard before Paul fights Tyron Woodley.
This will be the fourth professional boxing fight for Paul, following victories over ex-UFC star Ben Askren, basketball player Nate Robinson and YouTuber AnEsonGib.
Despite the lack of recognized ring names on this list, Taylor is confident that Fury’s former opponents would be “crushed” by Paul’s former rivals.
Previous challengers to the Love Island star include Jordan Grant, who had fought twice professionally before a four-round loss, and 0-16 veteran Scott Williams.
Taylor told Betway: “A lot of people are expecting that if Jake wins this fight, they would like to see a Tommy Fury vs. Jake Paul fight.
“It can also be interesting depending on how Tyron’s fight goes and my fight.
“Tommy Fury vs. Jake Paul is a good fight. When you compare Tommy’s fights to Jake’s fights, Tommy’s fights are embarrassing.

“So look at the fights that Jake has had, I’m pretty sure the guys that Jake beat would beat the guys that Tommy beat.
“I guarantee you Ben Askren crushes Tommy Fury’s opponents. I mean it. Jake absolutely beats Tommy Fury.
“Tommy is wild. I think Jake’s Tommy TKO in the third round. Tommy doesn’t have the experience, without Tyson Fury he’s just a pretty Brit – a regular guy they build.
“I don’t think Tommy has the skills to beat Jake. Jake has better skills than Tommy.
“These guys probably started boxing at the same time, because Tommy wasn’t on the amateur circuit. He only really got into it after he met his girlfriend Molly off Love Island.
“These two coming into boxing at the same time, you definitely have to look at who had the toughest opponents. Tommy fought a guy with 10 wins and 126 losses – Jake would never fight a guy like that.”
Taylor sparred with 24-year-old Paul for two months before Woodley’s impending fight.
The American even claimed to have earned more from training with the star online than from fighting in MMA for several years.
And he’s confident he can beat Fury, following Father John’s exit from training camp.
Taylor continued, “I’m going to test his chin for the first time and I’m going to shock the world.
“He’s got nothing I haven’t seen before. He’s going through the second round by TKO. He’ll be sorry he forgot about me.
“I work hard, I’m hungry. He’s not that good. I want what he has; the money, the status, everything.
“I have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If I lose, it’s just an MMA fighter losing to a boxer. But if I win this fight, I’m a megastar.
“He’s young, he’s 22, of course it’s going to affect him not having his dad there. Your comfort zone is your dad. If you get in trouble your dad should be able to protect you.
“His dad won’t be there so he’ll be out of his comfort zone and I’m going to expose him.”
